Built in 1910 on the quiet Rue Vernet, the Château des Fleurs was reimagined as a tribute to the Belle Époque and the grand balls of 19th century Paris. The result is a neo-Art Nouveau interior where sinuous curves shape every doorway, arch, and mirror, drawing on the work of architects Victor Horta and Antoni Gaudí. Awarded one Michelin Key, the hotel is part of the Vivre-LMB group of five small Paris hotels and a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Across five floors, the 37 rooms and suites are detailed with rounded bedheads, textured wood, Murano glass lamps designed exclusively for the hotel, and red and white tomette bathroom tiles – all carrying the Belle Époque reference. The range extends from the compact Boudoir rooms, framed as intimate and chic, to split-level Duplex Junior Suites on the fifth floor with sloping attic ceilings and rooftop views. Restaurant OMA, led by Korean-born chef Ji-Hye Park, serves a Franco-Korean menu described as cuisine midway between Paris and Seoul. Signature dishes include mulhué – raw fish in chilled broth – and OMA rice with marinated beef chuck, soft-boiled egg, sesame, and pickled radish. The adjacent bar, with its marble counter, velvet seating, and bespoke Murano glass chandeliers, is overseen by head bartender Julien Quettier, whose botanical cocktail list features the signature Spritz des Fleurs – jasmine syrup, tea infusion, and blueberry flowers. The basement spa, developed in partnership with French natural cosmetics brand Omnisens, includes a plunge pool, sauna, and treatment rooms offering naturopathy-inspired rituals from targeted facials to the bespoke Château des Fleurs signature massage. The gym carries the hotel's design language through with cork flooring, wooden equipment, Art Nouveau lamps, and Technogym machines.
