The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace in Budapest, our clients usually arrive by train or air. By train, you arrive at Budapest Keleti station. From here you should take a taxi to the hotel. The journey time is about 10-15 minutes. The airport (Ferenc Liszt) is about 20 kms from the city centre. A taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 30 minutes or we can arrange a private car transfer for you. The airport shuttle bus travels between Terminal 2 and Deak Ferenc ter, taking about 30 minutes.

Children: The hotel caters well for younger guests with children's amenities including a welcome service, child-sized bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and children's menus in the hotel restaurants. Babysitting can be arranged at an hourly fee. Games, books and childcare provisions including bottles, toiletries, bathtubs, blankets and highchairs are provided free of charge.

Travel around Hungary
Public transport is well developed in Hungary, with efficient bus and, in many cities and towns, trolleybus services. Budapest, Szeged, Miskolc and Debrecen also have trams, and there's a three-line metro (underground or subway) system and a suburban railway known as the HÉV in the capital. Hungary's bus network is a good - and sometimes necessary - alternative to the trains, with train travel on the Great Plain in Southern Transdanubia normally involving several time-consuming changes.

Pava Hungarian Facial Inspired by Hungary's unique healing waters, Omorovicza products draw on the latest advances in mineral cosmetology to create innovative skin-care treatments. Páva, a classic Hungarian facial, soothes, nourishes and re-mineralises the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and yielding immediate radiance. Pindasweda This ancient ayurvedic treatment uses the therapeutic application of heat, herbs and oil. Pindasweda is an aromatic massage that re-balances, detoxifies and relaxes. This Pindasweda treatment uses potali, which are cotton bundles filled with natural active ingredients combining equal proportions from the three doshas. We recommend enjoying a steam bath beforehand. This massage re-balances your body's energies and eliminates toxins to restore vibrancy and calm.
Gresham Bath Relax and restore your mind and body with thermal water rich in Bük minerals and scented with aromatherapy oils. Tokaji Revitalising Package This treatment includes a body scrub with brown sugar and Tokaji spirit, a refreshing Vichy shower followed by a gentle Swedish massage, a wrap using Tokaji spirit and a honey facial massage. Sugar is an excellent exfoliant and antioxidant, while Tokaji tones the skin. The Vichy shower refreshes and softens the skin and the massage with heated oils moisturises, calms and eliminates muscle tension.
