Two Moors Way

This classic walk encompasses the dramatic National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor and a variety of rolling Devon and Somerset scenery in between: fields of grazing sheep and cattle, rich red soils of farming land, densely wooded valleys, running streams and rivers tumbling over boulders, archaeological sites from the bronze and iron age including remains of settlements and menhirs, mediaeval stone bridges, crosses and churches. The days are varied and offer some of the most superb landscapes of the south-west of England. Recommended March to end October.
