Personal visitors
If you would like to discuss a holiday in person with one of our specialists, then please phone us and arrange a time that is convenient for you and when we can be sure that we have the right specialist in the office to meet with you.
Office hours
Our normal office hours are:
09.00 to 17.30 Mondays to Fridays
10.00 to 16.00 Saturdays

Easter opening 2024
Our offices will be open at normal office hours on Friday 29, Saturday 30 March and 1 April 2024. We will be closed as normal on Sunday 31 March 2024.
Emergency out of hours
In the case of an emergency, clients travelling or about to travel have our 24-hour emergency contact number in their holiday documentation as well as an emergency email address.
If you are a client about to travel or on holiday and have an emergency please do not phone the general office number or the number on the website but please call the emergency number provided in your holiday documents (or email the 24-hour contact email address also provided).
The general numbers will not be answered out of hours (and if you email a member of staff directly your email may not be seen until that person is in the office next) but with the 24-hour emergency line you will get through to the office in office hours or to our emergency mobile out of office hours.
