Best time to visit Cambodia
The absolute best time to visit Cambodia is from November to mid-December when it is quiet, humidity levels are relatively low, there is little rainfall and a cooling breeze. Humidity starts to climb from January and temperatures rise until April, when it can exceed 40°C. May and June brings monsoon rains, lasting until October, although even during the rains temperatures remain in the 20°Cs.

Getting out and about
The main mode of transport in our sightseeing tours of Cambodia is by car. Travelling by boat is also a key element of the country’s transport system with more than 1000 miles of navigable waterways. The most rewarding of these journeys is from Siem Reap to Battambang, although very slow. It is possible to cycle around the temples of Angkor.

There are international airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Indirect scheduled flights from the UK are operated by Thai Airways, Malaysian Airlines and Vietnam Airlines. The flight time is approximately 13 hours.
