At Pangkor Laut Resort, an experience not-to-be-missed is the resort’s Sunset Cruise where a teakwood Chinese junk transports guests around the island to watch the setting sun.

Watch the sunset from Emerald Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, before a romantic dinner under the stars, surrounded by the gentle sea and the tropical rainforest. The resort’s villas have varied locations and are modelled after the buildings of a traditional Malay village. The Sea Villas are very special, standing over the sea and linked to each other and the island by wooden walkways. They are very spacious and have been very elegantly decorated. Each has a large balcony with deckchairs and there is an oversized bath in the bathroom, from where you can enjoy some beautiful sea views.
