A luxurious property set 300 metres above sea level, the Capri Palace enjoys a glorious position high up on the island of Capri. The hotel is situated in the heart of the historic town of Anacapri, which is a quieter version of Capri town (itself only ten minutes away by taxi), and where authentic everyday life is more evident. This a wonderful property that opens up to stylish interiors decorated with ecru, cream and gold furnishings alongside Louis XVI antiques. Guests are really pampered at the hotel, with extremely high levels of service and attention to detail being paramount. Days can be spent in the hotel’s marvellous spa, the ‘Capri Beauty Farm,’ or by the large pool, beside which fresh grills are served for lunch at Il Mosaico. Dinner is served in the fine dining restaurant, L’Olivo, the only restaurant on the island with a Michelin star. The rooms have been stylishly furnished and enjoy a secluded and peaceful feel, with views of either the green slopes of Mount Solaro or the Bay of Naples. The hotel’s deluxe category rooms and suites offer real peace and privacy, many enjoying the benefit of their own private garden and heated pools.
