Hotel description
Madinat Jumeirah is an immense and luxurious resort that has been designed to reflect a traditional and ancient Dubai. The resort is made up of three hotels: Mina A’Salam, Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf. Mina A’Salam and Al Qasr are impressive boutique hotels that face the palm-fringed beach, whilst Dar Al Masyaf is made up of traditional summerhouses, scattered around charming courtyards.
The Madinat Jumeirah resort’s rooms have been opulently furnished in rich colours, with Moorish features that reflect the traditional style of the resort’s architecture. A number of interconnecting rooms are available, which are ideal for families, and there are plenty of rooms that can accommodate two adults and up to two children under 12. Water taxis transport guests around the resort and at the heart of it you will find Souk Madinat Jumeirah, with a vibrant atmosphere and boasting a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Nightly entertainment includes a luxury theatre that hosts a number of international performances. Facilities at the Madinat Jumeirah include the Quay Health Club, where adults can enjoy the large gym, two championship squash courts and an indoor lap pool, and a wide array of water sports at the private beach. The Madinat Jumeirah resort runs a kids’ club throughout the year, which offers a number of activities and facilities such as water sports, a computer room, a swimming pool and an indoor playground. There are forty-five restaurants and bars at the Madinat Jumeirah resort, ensuring ample choice for all tastes, from the traditional Chinese dishes of Zheng He, to Thai-I, Dar Al Masyaf’s all-day dining restaurant, which serves a diverse range of cuisine overlooking the beautiful waterway.
