The main mode of transport in our touring itineraries is by car and we use domestic flights and train travel to cover long distances. The Indian rail network is extensive and travelling by train in India is an atmospheric experience.
There are many airports accepting international flights including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Cochin. British Airways fly direct from London to Delhi and Mumbai, taking around 8.5 hours. Emirates via Dubai can be used to get to some of the other cities such as Cochin and Bangalore.
