Who makes the arrangements for my holiday?
At Expressions Holidays your sales consultant will look after all aspects of your holiday booking, from beginning to end. The sales consultant discusses your holiday with you, confirms the prices, books the flights, transfers, hotels and all special arrangements you want (acting as an automatic concierge service). Any changes you want to make to your holiday, your sales consultant will put in hand. That way we maintain integrity for you throughout.
Is my holiday financially protected?
Expressions Holidays are fully protected financially with our ATOL (3076) awarded to us by the Civil Aviation Association for all holidays that include a flight and by our ABTOT for all other holidays.
What happens if I have an emergency when I’m on holiday?
With your holiday documents you will be given an emergency phone number that rings in our offices in office hours and that is transferred to a mobile number out of office hours. That way you have 24 hour contact with us. Clients will vouch for how reliable and reassuring this service is.
How long have you been in business?
Expressions Holidays was set up in 1989 by the two current owner-directors of the company who have been running it ever since. Originally we were based in London but our clients come from all over the United Kingdom and we rarely saw them, and as a result of massive advances in technology that allow remote working, we re-located the main office to Devon in 2009. We have a main team of sales people and support people there but we rely on technology to have other members of the team working from Italy, London and Cheltenham.
