The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Freycinet Lodge on Oyster Bay in Freycinet, Expressions Holidays includes flights from London to Australia with British Airways or Qantas and onward domestic flights with Qantas to Hobart. All international airports in Australia are served by a wide variety of international airlines and we can include other airlines in your holiday. The chosen airline will depend upon any stopovers you might want to make en-route to Australia. Hobart is served by flights from the major airports in mainland Australia, the closest of which is Melbourne (with a flying time of 1 hour and 15 minutes). Freycinet Lodge is a 2 hour and 30-minute drive from Hobart Airport. Expressions Holidays recommends the use of a hire-car for visiting this hotel, and we will include that in the price of your holiday, although private car transfers can be provided as an alternative.

Other information: Please note that as the lodge is within the National Park, entry fees are applicable ($22 per vehicle for 24 hours, $56 per vehicle for over 24 hours, payable locally).
