The Residence Tunis is located only a short distance from the ancient city of Carthage. The architectural design of the hotel leans heavily on Moorish-Andalusian influences and hints at the sophisticated fusion of styles that lies within. A lush landscape of palm trees and bougainvillaea surrounds the hotel, leading down towards the turquoise sea and the tranquillity of the hotel’s private beach.
The luxuriously appointed guestrooms provide true sanctuary and comfort, with sumptuous patterned Moorish fabrics complementing the elegant white walls and magnificent marble floors. A private terrace or balcony, enclosed and safe for children, affords a captivating view of the Mediterranean Sea or the hotel’s gardens. Facilities such as sterilising kits, bottle-heating facilities and covers for electric sockets can be provided on request. The Dolphin Club is the hotel’s complimentary kids’ club, for children aged between 3 and 10. It operates throughout the year and is open from 9am to 5pm. Supervised and co-ordinated by the multi-lingual supervisors, children can enjoy an excellent range of activities that are fun and educational, both on- and off-site. There is also a range of facilities including a playground, a games room and a paddling pool.
