A luxurious beach resort, just twenty minutes north of Muscat, The Chedi’s sophisticated white buildings reflect traditional Omani architecture with their high windows and arches. Set in nearly twenty acres of grounds, the resort boasts its own private beach and two swimming pools. This modern and romantic resort consists of courtyards, terraces and water gardens, which by night come alive with bowls of flames and glittering fountains. The ambience at The Chedi is one of tranquillity, wellbeing and peace, and this is reflected in the spa, which uses only natural organic products from Bali and Australia in its treatments. The Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and has an elegant but relaxed ambience that combines the Arabian charm of the resort with a Zen feel and attractive European features. Meals are a combination of Arabic, Mediterranean, Asian and Indian cuisines. Each of the rooms and suites boasts magnificent views of either the ocean or the mountain ranges of Muscat. With white walls and cream marble windowsills, they are perfectly complemented by stylish and authentic fabrics in neutral colours, creating calm and relaxing spaces.
