Hotel description
Blending effortlessly into the small mountain village of Deia, La Residencia is ideally situated between the Mediterranean and the magnificent Tramuntana mountains. The hotel is made up of two manor houses from the 16th and 17th Centuries, built in the traditional style. Beautifully restored, they have been furnished to reflect their original charm and splendour, with Spanish antiques, local art and exquisite fabrics creating a graceful informality. Thirty acres of citrus and olive groves surround the hotel, with the mountains rising dramatically in the distance. The range of facilities ensures that guests are able to make the most of the privacy and serenity of the hotel, from the romantic setting of the gourmet restaurant El Olivo, to the swimming pool set amongst the breathtaking scenery. A range of spa treatments can be enjoyed outside in one of the private massage areas, including the Citrus Siesta which uses natural Mallorcan products such as olive oil, citrus and almond oils. For the more active, mountain bikes can be hired to explore the area, and boat excursions allow guests to discover the beautiful coast. The hotel’s elegant rooms have each been individually furnished, with wooden beams and antique Mallorcan furniture adding to their charm. White walls and crisp white bed linen combine with the natural light to create bright rooms that are spacious and luxurious. Perfect for couples.
