    Our opinion

Le Touessrok is ideal for families wanting a quality ambience, an excellent range of activities and superb service.

    Hotel description

Striking in its proximity to the sea, Le Touessrok enjoys a scenic location surrounded by lush gardens. Built in a whitewashed Mediterranean village style, the resort retains a local feel with traditional thatched roofs, using teak furniture and vibrant artwork to create a welcoming ambience. This is a spacious resort that spreads out from the mainland to Frangipani Island, which is joined by a spectacular wooden bridge.
The guestrooms at Le Touessrok are furnished with subtle touches of local flavour, such as decorative carved wooden screens, vertical wood shutters and rich colours and textures. Crisp white linens contrast with colourful cashmere bed-throws and pillows. In addition to the rooms and suites, there are three villas, which provide luxury and seclusion with their own private gardens and swimming pools. All room types are well suited to families and can be equipped with extra beds on request. There is a kids' club, Le T Club, and a teenagers’ club, both of which are extensive in their activities and provide excellent and stimulating surroundings. From diving and island visits for older children to sailing and cooking for younger guests, there is ample choice for all tastes. Located across a coral lagoon from the resort is the 18-hole championship golf course, reached by a ‘golfing special’ water taxi. The resort also offers access to two islands – the private Ilot Mangénie, where you are greeted with a fresh, cold towel, and the public Ile aux Cerfs, from where the Le Touessrok’s water sports are offered. Further facilities include three swimming pools, four beautiful beaches and three restaurants, including Safran, which draws upon the island’s Indian heritage to serve timeless Indian cuisine that uses the finest ingredients available. Le Touessrok is ideal for families wanting a quality ambience, an excellent range of activities and superb service.
