Strictly over 16s only (over 12s during the Christmas period), the focus is on body and soul, with many wonderful treatments and sports to indulge in and a healthy array of dishes in all the food outlets. Each guest receives one free treatment a day and all land and water sports are complimentary. The hotel also works on a full-board basis so meals and drinks are included in the price. The BodyHoliday is an all-inclusive and well-being resort with excellent sports, leisure and Spa facilities, suitable for couples and singles.

Hotel description

Surrounded by 18 acres of lush tropical gardens on 300 yards of sandy beach north of Castries, The BodyHoliday offers a multitude of tempting holiday leisure activities. At The BodyHoliday you can benefit from a number of treatments at the Oasis Spa with its full range of relaxing and rejuvenating therapies; guests receive a complimentary treatment every day, from facials and detox bodywraps to massages and hydrotherapy. If you’re a dedicated sports person The BodyHoliday provides the usual favourites, such as cycling, tennis and swimming, as well as more adventurous ones to try out, such as fencing, archery or scuba diving. For pure rest and relaxation you have the acres of gardens to admire here in The BodyHoliday with their cascades of purple bougainvillaea, scent of ylang-ylang and gardenia, and of course the secluded beach, fringed by palm trees and gentle water sports such as snorkelling or sunfish sailing. Wining and dining are a feature of The BodyHoliday and buffet breakfasts and lunches offer an array of tempting fruits, salads and cooked dishes, whilst the beachfront Deli offers fresh-made salads, smoothies and healthy snacks throughout the day. Dinner at The BodyHoliday is more formal, with several choices of venue, each with interesting options for both the calorie-conscious and the more self-indulgent. The award-winning TAO restaurant is à la carte and offers east-west fusion cuisine while informal grills, meat and fish are the fare at the Clubhouse Grill. Cariblue is another à la carte option. Evenings can start with a cocktail or aperitif in the Piano Bar, and after dinner The BodyHoliday presents a nightly show featuring live Caribbean entertainment such as limbo dancing, fire eating or steel band music. From 11 pm you can return to the Piano Bar, which stays open until the last guest leaves. The bedrooms at The BodyHoliday are furnished with pastel colours and comfortable furniture. The Deluxe and Grand Luxury Oceanfront rooms are particularly inviting, with large terraces overlooking the ocean. The BodyHoliday is an excellent choice for single travellers too, with very reasonably priced single rooms available.
