For a holiday to The BodyHoliday Le Sport in St Lucia, Expressions Holidays includes flights from London to St Lucia with British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. The flying time is about 9 hours. The BodyHoliday Le Sport is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from the airport and Expressions Holidays will organise return private car transfers.

About St Lucia

Travel around St Lucia

The west coast road from Castries to Soufrière has a good surface and width and just winds up and down the length of the coast. The scenery is dramatic and well worth experiencing by hire car. Signposting in Castries is almost non-existent so be armed with a detailed map but be prepared to get lost a little. South of Castries, Soufrière and Hewanorra airport are well signposted.

Wellness Centre for Health and Wellbeing All treatments take place in the sanctuary of the Wellness Centre, set in a privileged location on a hill overlooking the sea.
