Hotel description
Drawing influence from the Mediterranean, CuisinArt Resort & Spa is situated on the beautiful Rendezvous Bay on the southern shore of Anguilla. CuisinArt Resort was designed as a botanical oasis and with more than 150 species of tree, flower and shrub, the resort’s fragrant grounds are a delight to wander through. Its unique hydroponic farm grows most of the CuisinArt hotel’s fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers used in its cuisine (which is renowned in Anguilla). CuisinArt Resort uses the process of hydroponics to ensure that it does not have to rely upon imported fruit and vegetables, producing fresh, healthy food that is both pollutant and pesticide free. At CuisinArt’s gourmet hotel restaurant, Santorini, traditional Mediterranean cuisine is fused with the vibrant flavours and spices of the Caribbean islands. Alternatively, guests can enjoy grilled items, fresh home-grown salads and seafood just steps away from the beach at the more casual Café Mediterraneo. A number of cooking classes are offered by CuisinArt Resort’s executive chef and often by other celebrated guest chefs from Europe and the United States, drawn to this beautiful corner of Anguilla. CuisinArt’s three-storey Venus Spa overlooks the entire resort, offering a wide range of treatments and peaceful seclusion that is ideal for pampering.
